2000 , in total 10 days and 8 paintings. A small series that was painted the last week of December 1999 and the first days of January.
The subjects are divers and yet very connected to the day to day Israeli life. From “Army reserve”, “Camouflage”, “Target”, “Intifada” to spiritual world “Angel shadow” and personal human perception “Family” and “Hers (ells)”.
The size of those paintings were very important to me, as I wanted the viewer to feel the intensity of the figures as equals. Acrylic and oil on plywood.
