The clay is for me not only the most sensual from all the materials I work with but also the most culinary one, the clay is really like dough, the smell, the touch, the way of kneading and then to the oven. Every work is individual, I used different clay as if each work is claiming it’s personal material. In some of the sculptures I mixed newspapers in the clay to get a rough texture. The works were burned in very high temperature.
